6、Quality requirements & Technical standard: Supplier shall be responsible for the quality in conditions at least for 1 year.

7、Installation and test: Air Purifier should be Installed and tested by suppliers. Make sure every machine work perfectly!

8、Payment：First of all with *5% deposit, the last *5% balance should be paid after receiving all the Air Purifier, in 7 acceptance days.

9、Acceptance Criteria: Customers should make the acceptance or objection within 7 days, and pay the balance after the confirmation in 1 week.

*0、After 1 year guaranty, we would continue the maintenance in a confirmed price for every machine: changing the filter, cleaning System, etc.

*1、Customers should operate Air Purifiers contrary to its instructions.

      Any maintenance from the operation against the regulations, maintenance fee should be born by customers.

*2、Fee for changing the Active Carbon& Inorganic Deoxidizer, cleaning the system:**0AED/Set, suggested 5 times/year in shisha smoking restaurant.

*3、We promise would send the professional people to solve any problems in 3 days, after getting the inform from our machine user, for UAE clients.
